This is what the back of the trailer looked like this morning.

I got most of the major systems in place. They still need to be hooked up. It is taking time because I am cleaning as I go

I got the black tank in and shower wood support.

Then I put in the fiberglass

Then put in the walls. I still need to attach with slotted old style screws. I also prepped the cabinet areas.

If you would like to see an iconic video about Airstreams and how they were manufactured watch this. It looks like a 16mm film that we would have seen in school during that time ran on a movie projector – deep voiced narrator and everything! It is truly the 60’s all over again!

All copper replaced with PEX

The copper water lines were blow out by freezing water. I replaced all the lines with PEX. It expands and this is what they use in new trailers. The bottom picture has the new linolium I installed under all the PEX.
